Dispatch times
Orders placed before 2:00 PM CT Monday through Friday ship the same business day. Orders after cutoff, on weekends, or on federal holidays ship the next business day. Tracking is emailed automatically when the label is created, not when the parcel is scanned, so you will usually have a number before the truck moves.
Where we ship
United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally and we do not release parcels to freight forwarders, mail consolidators, or reshipping services. PO boxes cannot be used for air methods; Ground can deliver to them.
Addresses are validated at checkout. If an address fails validation we hold the order and email you rather than guessing, which is slower once and correct every time.
Packaging
Every shipment goes out in a plain outer box with no compound names, logos, or claims printed on the exterior. Inside, vials sit in protective inserts, and the printed certificate of analysis for every lot in the order is included.

Returns
Unopened product in its original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Start a return by emailing support with your order number; we issue a prepaid label.
Opened vials cannot be returned. Once a seal is broken we have no chain of custody over the material, and reselling or restocking it would defeat the point of publishing lot-level certificates in the first place.
Damaged, missing, or wrong items
Email support@meridian.example within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the packaging and vial. Replacements ship the same business day and no return is required for damaged glass.
If a released lot is ever found out of specification after shipping, it is pulled from sale, every buyer of that lot is emailed directly, and affected orders are refunded in full whether or not the product has been opened.
