Research use only

All products sold by Meridian Research Supply are supplied strictly as reference materials for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or articles intended for human or veterinary use, and they are not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.

Statements on this website have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. No product listed here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Meridian is not a compounding pharmacy or an outsourcing facility as defined under sections 503A and 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

Certificates of analysis describe the composition of a specific production lot. They are analytical documents and are not claims of safety, efficacy, or fitness for any application.

Eligibility

By placing an order you affirm that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are a qualified researcher or purchasing on behalf of a research institution, and that the materials will be handled by trained personnel for laboratory research only.

You accept responsibility for compliance with all federal, state, and local law applicable to your possession and use of these materials. Meridian reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, including where use appears inconsistent with these terms.

Orders, pricing & availability

Pricing

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. The price applied is the price displayed at the time your order is submitted. Volume pricing tiers are applied automatically at checkout.

Availability

Stock is tracked per lot. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we contact you with the option to wait for the next released lot or receive a refund for that line.

Shipping & returns

Dispatch times, shipping methods, and the 30-day return policy for unopened product are described in full on the shipping and returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Limitation of liability

Meridian's total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount paid for the products in that order. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meridian is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including those arising from misuse of materials, use outside a laboratory setting, or use contrary to these terms.

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Privacy

We collect the minimum needed to fulfil an order and support it afterwards. We do not sell customer data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Data we collect

• Order data: name, email, shipping address, phone, and order contents, retained for accounting and warranty purposes.
• Payment data: processed by our payment provider. Full card numbers never reach Meridian servers.
• Support correspondence: retained so that a later question about the same lot has context.
• Site analytics: aggregate page and traffic data. No sale of behavioural profiles.

To request a copy of your data or its deletion, email support@meridian.example from the address on file. Deletion requests are honoured except where records must be retained for tax or regulatory reasons.
