Rewards is included, ready for you to configure. Existing-template countdowns and extra pages can be requested through active Concierge, within its four-request monthly limit. Included Concierge starts after your support window and expires without converting to paid.

Launch and Flagship images are 3D product renders built in Blender from your real label artwork, each label checked by hand. More than 40 products requires a quoted change order.

Built-in copy scanner. The built-in scanner lives in Compliance, under Content checks. Enable it to flag wording in your stored copy and accessible public pages against built-in rules and your restricted-term list. You maintain that list against your processor's written rules; the scanner does not read their policy automatically. It starts off, as do the separate editor checks in Settings. You review and fix findings, or request help through active Concierge. It is not legal or regulatory review and does not promise processor approval.

Catalog loading uses your product facts and certificates; Storefront uses your images. Only eligible research products under Exhibit A item 8 are included. Every tier has a 14-day defect window from go-live. Support is through the portal, up to four requests a month, with a response within two business days, not a promised resolution time.

The nine self-setup screens are fraud review, checkout funnel, setup, docs, customer import, ShipStation re-push, rewards, wholesale inquiries and memberships. You enable and configure their available modules. AI Assistant and Creative Studio are not included. Wholesale account setup remains a Flagship inclusion.
