Getting started
Your dashboard
The dashboard brings together orders, revenue and tasks. Use the sidebar to open any of the 33 included screens. Figures in this demonstration are fictional.
Launch checklist
Open Setup to review required brand, encryption, email, shipping, payment and catalogue steps. Optional steps may be skipped and restored.
Orders
Managing orders
Review payment state before moving an order into fulfilment. Open the order to review its items, customer and delivery details.
Order lifecycle
Awaiting payment, confirmed, processing, shipped and delivered describe the order lifecycle. Cancelled orders remain available for audit.
Products and certificates
Catalogue and sizes
Use Products to manage Peptides, Blends, Kits and Supplies. Each available size has its own price and stock.
Lot documentation
Assign the client-supplied certificate to the correct lot in COA Library. Missing documentation needs review before that lot is offered.
Customers
Customer directory
Open a customer to review orders, contact details and notes. Customer import accepts an authorized CSV and shows row issues before the import.
Import CSV
Email is required. Common billing headers are recognized automatically. Review the mapping and the first five records; duplicate or invalid emails are skipped.
Rewards
Program settings
Set points per dollar in Earning rules and credit value in Settings. Save changes after editing. Checkout uses the point value; the reward catalogue is separately configurable.
Adjusting points
Use the customer ID, a positive or negative whole number and a reason. The ledger records the adjustment and running balance. The referral-first-order bonus is not connected.
Integrations
Connecting services
Use Integrations for client-owned email, payment and shipping accounts. Keep credentials in the secure settings supplied with the client build.
Shipping re-push
Paste order numbers and run a dry run first. Review would re-push, skipped and error rows. Re-push sends corrected order data to ShipStation in a configured client store.
Shipping
Creating labels
Review the order and shipping address, request carrier rates and select the appropriate service. A live label purchase requires the client shipping account.
Tracking
Tracking is saved on the order. Review the shipping integration when an order is missing tracking information.
Email notifications
Configuring emails
Connect Resend and verify the sender domain in Integrations. Check the configured order and shipping templates before launch.
Checkout reminders
Funnel lists abandoned checkouts. Its Recover control requests a checkout reminder when the client email service is configured.
Troubleshooting
Payment still pending
Review the provider record and webhook configuration before changing fulfilment state. Never assume a payment succeeded from the customer message alone.
Shipping sync error
Review the warehouse, address and item information. Correct the record and use ShipStation re-push to preview the affected orders.
Where everything lives
Navigation
Operate contains orders, fraud, funnel, customers and rewards. Catalog contains products, lots and promotions. System contains integrations, setup, settings and this handbook.
Order lifecycle
Payment to delivery
Confirm payment before fulfilment. Processing means an order is being prepared. Shipped records carry tracking; delivered records complete the fulfilment journey.
Certificates (COAs)
Assigning a certificate
Use COA Library to connect a supplied document to its product and lot. Check the lot reference, document and publication state before making it available.
Promo codes
Creating a code
Open Promo to enter a code, discount type, value, start date and end date. Review first-order eligibility and the active state before saving.
Sales reps
Affiliate records
Open Affiliates to review assigned referral codes, orders and commissions. The fraud screen can flag a customer using their own affiliate code.
Payments
Payment connections
Connect an approved client-owned payment account in Integrations. Review payment state and provider records before fulfilling an order.
What customers see
Storefront journey
Customers browse products and sizes, review lot documentation, add items to a cart and continue to checkout. Account pages show orders, addresses and available points.
Pricing reference
Reading an order total
Review line items, quantities, any eligible discounts, shipping, tax and points credit. The saved order total and payment record are the references for fulfilment.
